MS Band, often called Memphis Soul, is a musical ensemble consisting of a diverse group of musicians accompanied by male and female lead vocalists. Each member has years’ of experience and always delivers an exceptional performance. MS Band features a solid rhythm section, spirited horn section and dynamic vocals.
We cover a wide variety song styles using live horns and other instruments to create the feeling of being alive and present in the moment. MS Band features music from the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s, mixed with current popular classic soul and R&B styles. Our work reflects our love of the Motown Sound and our dedication to bring music to life.
We have been performing for over a decade. Some of our live performances include playing for President George W. Bush and Texas Governor Gregg Abbott. Additionally, we have worked with members of the band Earth, Wind & Fire and opened for musical groups such as Sister Sledge. MS Band is renowned for our live covers and bringing our energetic atmosphere with us.
